Returns & Exchanges
To begin an exchange, email us at email@example.com.
We will accept your return if postmarked within 14 days of the original purchase. Items received after that period are only eligible for store credit or exchange.
Items returned must be unworn and in perfect condition with original packaging and tags still attached.
We cannot accept returns for hats, bags, jewelry, hair accessories, pins, patches, sunglasses, hosiery, lingerie, skincare/beauty products, stationery, candles, or mystery packages.
Items purchased at 50% off or more are final sale.
Items are no longer eligible for return after 90 days.
Click here to request a free return label. Labels are valid for one week. Once your return is received in perfect condition, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 days. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are returning an item over $75, we suggest using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
