It depends on a few things...

How soon will my order ship?

We priority-ship your lovingly-wrapped package within 2-3 business days from our offices in Omaha, Nebraska. We love the U.S. Postal service, so look for your mail carrier within 4-7 days of your order! International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 6 weeks.

Is it okay if I need to return an item?

Yes! We aren't happy unless you're happy, and if there is something wrong with an item you ordered, you can mail it back for an exchange or a full refund. Items must be in their original condition and received by Hello Holiday within 30 days of the original shipment. We encourage you to contact us with any questions about fit or color before your purchase to ensure your satisfaction. Above all, if something's not right with your order, we are committed to doing whatever we can to get your day back on track to being wonderful.

How do exchanges work?

We always want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, and we've all been there with online sellers--you love the product, but when you receive it it's just the wrong size. We totally get it. At Hello Holiday, we will ship out the product you like if you return the item you were unsatisfied with within ten business days.

Just contact us and we will help you out!

How do I make an exchange or return?

Simply e-mail us at info@hello-holiday.com or call at 402-533-3533. We can always help if you if you contact us through Twitter or Facebook, too. Just send us a shout and we'll make it right!

Nope!

Do I need to make an account to place an order?

Making an account to place an order on Hello Holiday isn't necessary. You can order from Hello Holiday as a guest. At the end of each order, you will have the option to join as a member! Joining is cool because it will also include you on our once-in-a-while (it's not gonna be an annoying daily thing) mailing list where you can find out about new inventory, sales, and what's happening behind the scenes.

Can I purchase a gift code for a friend to use on your site?

We are working on developing an easy way to give the gift of Hello Holiday. Until we roll these features out, please contact us at info@hello-holiday.com for a customized gift code for one-time use.

We receive inventory, photograph items, manage our website and ship all of our orders out of our office in beautiful Benson, one of our favorite neighborhoods in Omaha! Who is on the Hello Holiday team?

Hello Holiday is co-owned by Megan Hunt and Sarah Lorsung Tvrdik, and we are joined by our shop assistant Shannon Jaxies, photographer Amy Lynn Straub, style director Rebecca Forsyth, and design consultant Jon Tvrdik.

Where do you source your vintage pieces?

We are always going to thrift stores, estate sales, following deadstock tips, and tracking down every secret and special source we can find. We only sell high-quality pieces that we feel are rare, well-made, and flattering to the modern woman. Sometimes we slightly alter garments to be more well-fitting for our customers. As is the nature with vintage, items may have slight imperfections. However, be assured that we don't sell anything we don't think is in tip-top shape!

Yes and we'd love to do it!

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Yes! After placing your order, email us at info@hello-holiday.com and we will coordinate gift wrap for you.

That's a tough one.

Do your products run true to size?

Because we carry such a variety of clothing ranging from vintage sizing to plus sizing and everything in between, we know that the question of sizing can be worrisome. We do our best in our individual product descriptions to provide measurements and sizing guidelines. If you have any specific questions about sizing, please don't hesitate to contact us through our contact form or send us a tweet. We would love to measure anything that you have questions about, and even show the garment on a fit model so you can see how it looks on a body.

Does Hello Holiday ship overseas?

Yes! We love our international customers and we strive to offer the quickest shipping at the lowest prices around the world. We ship using USPS Priority International or USPS First-Class International. First-Class is always the cheaper option, but it doesn't come with a tracking number. If you want total security, go with the Priority. We make every effort to mark packages correctly to lessen possible duties, taxes, and fees, which are the responsibility of the customer to pay.

Our vintage pieces at Hello Holiday are all final sale.

What's your policy on returning vintage pieces?

Vintage items are all final sale. Due to the nature of vintage pieces, small imperfections can occcur with these items. We do our best in every case to describe the condition of our vintage clothing and accessories in our product descriptions. If you ever have a question about the quality or fit of anything on Hello Holiday, we are happy to send you additional photos or show it on a fit model in a video!

I'm a local customer in the Omaha area. Can I come pick up my order?

You can always use code HELLOPICKUP at checkout to pick up your order! Just message us to arrange a pickup time and date at our Benson offices.
